I can’t believe I tricked you into coming here. When I was little, I used to change my dream job as often as my socks (which depending on how you look at it, was probably not often enough). As someone who took more than a touch of pride in her words, essays and uncompleted picture books – you’ll be pleased to hear these remain unpublished – writing was always going to be in the cards, with a little luck.

I have produced everything from press releases to feature articles and news to sponsored online content.

I started working as a bright-eyed, bushy-tailed editorial intern across a variety of Melbourne organisations including: Niche Digital (Macworld and Welcome To series), The Age (Good Food) and The Urban List. I dipped my toes into arts and culture writing, working as a volunteer writer with Peril Magazine, Aphra Magazine and RMIT’s student magazine Catalyst.

From there I started contributing as a freelance writer to Concrete Playground, Hip Pocket and The Urban List. In December I began work as a part-time onsite writer for The Urban List.

Currently, I work as a contract copywriter for The City of Melbourne and as a Content Marketing Executive at The Urban List.

If you’d like to contact me about any of your copywriting, ghost-writing, freelance writing or sub-editing needs, flick me an email and I’ll be more than happy to listen! You can find more examples of my writing in my portfolio or on my LinkedIn.
